About the role
- Partner with PayPal business leaders and wider PayPal finance organization on accounting and reporting matters
- Drive accounting support within finance transformation work programs and other process enhancements
- Provide accounting expertise and leadership to finance and business organizations
- Consult with business partners regularly to ensure awareness of significant transactions and potential accounting impact
Requirements
- 8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Lead Transformation Initiatives
- Ensure Compliance and Accounting Integrity
- Champion the adoption of automation, AI, and other innovative technologies
- Own the process documentation strategy for the Accounting Operations team
- Serve as a change ambassador
