About the role
- Advise and support new and existing customers on our employee benefit products
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide continuous, long-term support and guidance
- Proactively reach out to new customers via written communications and telephone
- Schedule appointments and perform structured follow-up on proposals
Requirements
- Experience in B2B consulting or a comparable field
- Enjoy making phone calls, sales-oriented mindset, and a good command of the German language
- Team spirit, authenticity, and enjoyment in interacting with customers
- Initiative, proactivity, and a structured way of working
