About the role
- Advise and support new and existing customers on our benefits products
- Establish and maintain long-term customer relationships
- Provide ongoing guidance and customer care
- Proactively engage prospective customers via written and telephone communication
- Schedule meetings and manage structured proposal follow-up
Requirements
- Experience in B2B consulting or a comparable field
- Enjoy telephone-based communication, sales affinity, and strong German language skills (verbal and written)
- Team player, authentic, and enjoy interacting with customers
- Self-starter with initiative, drive, and a structured working style
- Enthusiasm for innovative products and the opportunity to help build something great together
