About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as the primary point of contact for a hyperscale data center client
  • Manage multi-site and multi-region programs across all facilities
  • Align program delivery with client standards, compliance needs, and SLAs
  • Develop and enforce standardized processes for design, installation, commissioning, and service
  • Track and report KPIs including budget adherence, on-time delivery, quality, and safety
  • Manage risk registers, escalation paths, and mitigation strategies
  • Ensure staffing ratios across regions
  • Coordinate with supply chain to prevent material delays and ensure vendor accountability
  • Coordinate Account Executives, Project Managers, engineers, and technicians to deliver integrated security solutions
  • Lead project review meetings and provide status updates and action plans
  • Own program-level P&L, revenue forecasts, and margin targets
  • Manage change orders, billing milestones, and cash flow tracking
  • Identify growth opportunities within the existing client footprint
  • Ensure solutions meet security, safety, and regulatory requirements
  • Oversee test and inspect programs for life-safety compliance
  • Serve as strategic partner to client stakeholders
  • Align integrator resources with client roadmaps, including buildouts, expansions, and retrofits
  • Support quarterly business reviews with performance reporting and strategic recommendations
  • Drive lessons learned and continuous improvement across projects
  • Leverage BIM, PMO tools, and service ticketing systems
  • Champion standardization of designs, product sets, and deployment models across regions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High school diploma
  • 5+ years' experience within program/project management
  • 2+ years' experience in the data centers and AI space
  • Ability to lead local and remote teams
  • Effective communication with both local and remote teams through regular meetings, emails, and project management tools
  • Experience using collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, or Trello
  • Strong team builder
  • Knowledge of security, safety, and regulatory requirements, including UL, NFPA, PCI, HIPAA, ISO, and SOC 2
