About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and supervise School-Based Behavioral Health Clinicians across up to six schools
- Provide clinical supervision, coaching, mentorship, and professional development to support clinician growth
- Support clinicians in managing complex cases, crisis situations, and school-based behavioral health challenges
- Partner with school administrators, families, community stakeholders, and government agencies to support student success
- Monitor program performance, quality outcomes, and compliance with program standards
- Prepare monthly reports and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with DBH, school leadership, and PTWMSI leadership to strengthen services and school partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
- Active DC LICSW or LPC license in good standing
- Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
- 3–5 years of behavioral health experience (preferred)
- Experience in school-based, outpatient, community-based, or behavioral health settings (preferred)
- Experience collaborating with schools, government agencies, and community organizations (preferred)
