About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead and supervise School-Based Behavioral Health Clinicians across up to six schools
  • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, mentorship, and professional development to support clinician growth
  • Support clinicians in managing complex cases, crisis situations, and school-based behavioral health challenges
  • Partner with school administrators, families, community stakeholders, and government agencies to support student success
  • Monitor program performance, quality outcomes, and compliance with program standards
  • Prepare monthly reports and support continuous quality improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate with DBH, school leadership, and PTWMSI leadership to strengthen services and school partnerships

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master's Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related behavioral health field
  • Active DC LICSW or LPC license in good standing
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • 3–5 years of behavioral health experience (preferred)
  • Experience in school-based, outpatient, community-based, or behavioral health settings (preferred)
  • Experience collaborating with schools, government agencies, and community organizations (preferred)
