About the role
- Develop and execute a holistic B2B marketing strategy that drives both growth and brand awareness.
- Own the marketing funnel end-to-end: from demand generation to lead nurturing to brand positioning.
- Lead and optimize multi-channel campaigns across paid media, outbound, SEO, social media, email marketing, content, and partnerships.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and continuously experiment with innovative approaches to acquire and convert high-quality leads.
- Partner closely with leadership and sales teams to align marketing strategies with revenue goals.
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team (in-house or external resources as needed).
- Track, analyze, and report on marketing performance metrics, ensuring ROI on all initiatives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B marketing leadership, ideally as Head of Marketing, Growth Lead, or similar senior role.
- Strong track record of driving measurable growth through ads, outbound campaigns, organic strategies, and brand marketing.
- Deep understanding of modern B2B marketing trends, tools, and strategies (e.g., LinkedIn, Meta, Google Ads, HubSpot, outreach platforms, analytics tools).
- A creative strategist with the ability to execute hands-on when required.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
