About the role
- Customize and schedule social media posts across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).
- Ensure all content aligns with each client’s branding, tone, and marketing goals.
- Manage posting calendars to maintain consistent online presence and engagement.
- Assist in creating and editing visual content using tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Collaborate with the social media and podcast teams to support ongoing campaigns and creative projects.
- Contribute ideas for improving content performance and engagement strategies.
- Track engagement metrics and gather insights to identify trends or areas for improvement.
- Support the team in compiling reports or summaries of social media activity.
- Respond to comments or messages where needed, maintaining a professional and brand-aligned tone.
- Assist with miscellaneous administrative and creative tasks related to social media and podcast operations.
- Maintain an organized workflow through tools such as ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace to ensure projects are completed efficiently.
Requirements
- Prior experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing support.
- Proficiency with tools such as Canva, Meta Business Suite, Later, or other scheduling platforms.
- Familiarity with ClickUp, Slack, and Google Workspace for team communication and organization.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X).
- Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills in English.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
