Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services campaigns to maximize ROI.
Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, such as cost per lead and conversion rates.
Content & Email Marketing: Create and distribute a monthly email newsletter to a 1,000+ client list.
Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
Maintain updated customer records and segmented contact lists for targeted outreach.
Lead Generation Initiatives: Research, identify, and implement new lead generation sources (e.g., local partnerships, referral programs, community events).
Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions and special offers.
Customer Communication & Follow-Up: Answer inbound calls (approx. 5–15 daily) in a friendly and professional manner. Qualify them and set the appointments with the closer.
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage bookings and repeat business.
Administrative & Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns during peak seasons.
Support the development of efficient processes and systems for lead handling.
Requirements
Proven experience in performance or digital marketing with measurable results.
Strong understanding of paid advertising, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to engage with customers both over the phone and online.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Experience in the home services or related industries is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently while meeting deadlines and performance targets.
