• Paid Advertising Management: Manage and optimize Google Ads and Google Local Services campaigns to maximize ROI.
• Perform A/B testing on ads and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Monitor and report on campaign KPIs, such as cost per lead and conversion rates.
• Content & Email Marketing: Create and distribute a monthly email newsletter to a 1,000+ client list.
• Develop, schedule, and post engaging content on Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Maintain updated customer records and segmented contact lists for targeted outreach.
• Lead Generation Initiatives: Research, identify, and implement new lead generation sources (e.g., local partnerships, referral programs, community events).
• Collaborate with management to create seasonal promotions and special offers.
• Customer Communication & Follow-Up: Answer inbound calls (approx. 5–15 daily) in a friendly and professional manner. Qualify them and set the appointments with the closer.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media.
• Follow up with potential and past customers to encourage bookings and repeat business.
• Administrative & Campaign Support: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns during peak seasons.
• Support the development of efficient processes and systems for lead handling.
