Requirements

  • Experience growing and leading inside sales teams
  • Full‑cycle sales experience (lead generation to closing)
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Proficient in using and optimizing CRM systems
  • Experience in service-based businesses or complementary industries
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Technical sales expertise
  • Stable work history with minimal job changes
  • Ability to work US hours
