About the role

  • Build scalable, high-performance frontend apps using Next.js, React.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS/ShadCN/Radix UI
  • Implement backend services with Node.js, Express.js/NestJS, REST APIs, and GraphQL
  • Design data models and work with Supabase, PostgreSQL, and Prisma ORM
  • Implement Row-Level Security (RLS) and integrate pgvector for AI-powered search
  • Use Redis for caching and session management
  • Build secure authentication systems (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, SSO/SAML) and support multi-tenant SaaS architecture
  • Integrate AI/ML tools (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace) and implement RAG, embeddings, fine-tuning, and NLP workflows
  • Deploy and operate infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure, Vercel/Netlify and automate CI/CD
  • Monitor systems with Prometheus, Datadog, Grafana and ensure security and compliance (GDPR, SOC2, HIPAA future)
  • Implement Stripe subscriptions, billing, feature flagging, and analytics (PostHog/Segment/Amplitude)
  • Integrate HRTech/ATS systems (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn) as needed

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-stack development experience in SaaS
  • Strong proficiency with Next.js, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript
  • Experience designing APIs and integrating databases at scale
  • Experience with Postgres (PostgreSQL) and Prisma ORM
  • Experience with Supabase and Redis
  • Knowledge of Row-Level Security (RLS) and pgvector
  • Experience with authentication and multi-tenancy (OAuth2, JWT, RBAC, SSO/SAML)
  • Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS architecture and security best practices
  • Exposure to AI/ML APIs and interest in building AI-first applications (OpenAI, LangChain, HuggingFace)
  • Startup mindset: ownership, problem-solving, and willingness to learn fast
  • Must-have: Next.js, React, Node.js, TypeScript, Postgres, auth/multi-tenancy
  • Nice-to-have: LangChain, HuggingFace, RAG, Kubernetes, Stripe, ATS integrations (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, LinkedIn)
