Sales Process Development: Play a key role in building and refining a scalable outbound sales process from the ground up, including workflows, outreach cadences, qualification criteria, and handoff procedures.
Lead Generation & Outreach: Identify, research, and contact potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Client Qualification: Engage prospects in discovery conversations to assess needs, timelines, and fit for our services.
Sales Presentations: Conduct virtual meetings and demos to communicate the value proposition.
Pipeline Management: Maintain detailed records in the CRM to track lead status, calls, and follow-ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with leadership, marketing, and technical teams to align outreach with current offerings and capabilities.
Closing & Handoffs: Help move leads through the funnel toward closing or smoothly hand off qualified leads to senior sales or technical leads.
Typical Day: Review pipeline and prep for scheduled calls, conduct outreach through cold emails and follow-up calls, host discovery calls and demos, document insights in CRM, collaborate with sales and tech teams, update activity logs and plan follow-ups.
Tools & Communication: Use Slack and Google Meet and work EST hours.
Requirements
Experience: 3 years in a BDR role, preferably in SaaS, software development, or tech services. Proven track record of lead generation and closing or advancing complex sales cycles.
B2B Experience: Demonstrated success in business-to-business (B2B) sales and client engagement.
Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication. Able to present and explain technical solutions to non-technical audiences in a compelling way.
Tools: Proficiency with CRM and lead generation tools.
Sales Process Development: experience building and refining scalable outbound sales processes is a plus.
Sales Skills: Skilled at soft-selling, persistent follow-ups, consultative discovery, and objection handling.
Leadership & Initiative: Experience implementing sales or business development processes from scratch, with the ability to lead initiatives and inspire others.
Process Creation: Strong experience creating outbound sales processes from scratch is a major plus.
Self-Driven: Proven ability to work independently in a remote environment, take initiative, and manage a dynamic workload.
