Build and update landing pages, funnels, and opt-in forms in Go High Level; maintain and update CRM records and pipelines.
Research potential leads and target prospects; conduct outreach via LinkedIn and email using pre-approved messaging templates.
Identify and apply for podcast guest spots, speaking engagements, and media opportunities; draft and send follow-up emails after sales calls.
Book and confirm sales calls and manage calendar scheduling for the executive.
Manage and organize the inbox: flag priority messages, draft responses, and remove clutter.
Track and ensure deadlines are met for content, launches, and applications; maintain a master content calendar and organized content library by theme.
Coordinate tasks with external contractors or vendors and collaborate in brainstorming sessions.
Pull weekly analytics for LinkedIn and track email open/click rates in Go High Level; prepare a simple weekly dashboard and provide recommendations based on data.
Identify collaboration opportunities (co-hosting lives, cross-promotions), monitor competitor activity, and suggest ideas for visibility and lead generation.
Typical day: manage schedule and meetings, work on LinkedIn-focused marketing campaigns, organize content library, coordinate lead generation via Sales Navigator, analyze and report campaign metrics.
Requirements
Minimum 4-5 years experience in an executive assistant role with significant marketing responsibilities.
Proficient with Go High Level (CRM, funnels, landing pages, opt-in forms) and CRM management (tags, notes, pipeline tracking).
Comfortable navigating LinkedIn Sales Navigator and conducting outreach via LinkedIn and email using templates.
Experience creating and publishing LinkedIn content (posts, articles, newsletters) and optimizing content for engagement.
Experience with Canva and AI tools for designing branded graphics and images; ability to edit raw video and create short clips/Reels with captions.
Experience with Typeform or Jotform for surveys is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional digital content demeanor.
