About the role
- Engage with customers primarily via phone, and through email and chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
- Build and maintain strong, positive relationships by delivering personalized and attentive customer experiences.
- Log and track all customer interactions accurately within the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
- Actively listen to customers to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
- Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products or services to add value and meet sales targets.
- Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business, maintain retention, and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities and generate CRM reports to track progress.
- Use communication and productivity tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail/Outlook, and Google Workspace.
- Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Balance customer service with sales activities, outreach, and lead follow-up during US business hours.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
- Comfortable using communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Outlook/Gmail.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
