About the role

  • Engage with customers primarily via phone, and through email and chat to answer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product/service information.
  • Build and maintain strong, positive relationships by delivering personalized and attentive customer experiences.
  • Log and track all customer interactions accurately within the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
  • Actively listen to customers to identify needs and recommend tailored solutions.
  • Promote, upsell, and cross-sell products or services to add value and meet sales targets.
  • Follow up with existing clients to encourage repeat business, maintain retention, and strengthen customer loyalty.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities and generate CRM reports to track progress.
  • Use communication and productivity tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, Gmail/Outlook, and Google Workspace.
  • Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
  • Balance customer service with sales activities, outreach, and lead follow-up during US business hours.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, sales, or retention.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, or similar).
  • Comfortable using communication tools such as Slack, Microsoft Teams, or Outlook/Gmail.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and results-oriented.
