About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and manage electrical technology projects from initiation through commissioning.
Ensure project safety and compliance with all regulations.
Maintain open communication with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Develop detailed project schedules and manage timelines to ensure on-time delivery.
Facilitate weekly subcontractor and Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings.
Coordinate permitting processes and jurisdictional requirements.
Oversee submittals, approvals, and procurement of materials.
Manage project turnover, budget development, and change order tracking.
Conduct job walks to ensure safety compliance and installation standards.
Maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and follow-through.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Proven experience managing electrical or technology-focused construction projects.
Strong leadership and team-building capabilities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project.
Proficiency in Viewpoint Team/Spectrum.
Estimating and change management expertise.
Conflict resolution and organizational skills.
Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or related field is preferred.
Professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PE) are a plus.
