About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Du übernimmst: Drehs bei Kunden vor Ort (vor allem Autohäuser): Interviews, Fahrzeugvideos, Ads und Social Media Content
Produktion und Schnitt von Foto- und Video-Content für Social Media und YouTube (z. B. Fahrzeugvideos, Podcastformate oder Reels)
Bearbeitung von Video und Audio (Farbkorrektur, Ton, Untertitel, einfache Animationen)
Erstellung von Thumbnails, Reels und Teaser-Clips aus Longform Content
Organisation von Drehs, Materialmanagement und Qualitätskontrolle

Requirements

What you’ll need

Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung in Foto-, Video- oder Content-Produktion
Sicherer Umgang mit Tools wie Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom oder Photoshop
Technisches Verständnis für Kamera, Licht und Ton
Gespür für Social Media Content und YouTube
Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und hoher Qualitätsanspruch
Führerschein Klasse B
Nice to have: Erfahrung mit YouTube Thumbnails und Shortform Content
Verständnis für Social Media KPIs wie Watchtime, Retention oder CTR
Interesse an Automotive Content
