About the role

  • On-site shoots at client locations (primarily car dealerships): interviews, vehicle videos, ads, and social media content
  • Production and editing of photo and video content for social media and YouTube (e.g., vehicle videos, podcast formats, or Reels)
  • Video and audio post-production (color correction, audio, subtitles, simple animations)
  • Creation of thumbnails, Reels, and teaser clips from long-form content
  • Organizing shoots, managing assets, and quality control

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in photo, video, or content production
  • Proficient with tools such as Premiere Pro, CapCut, Lightroom, or Photoshop
  • Technical understanding of camera, lighting, and audio
  • Strong sense for social media content and YouTube
  • Independent, structured work approach and high quality standards
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Nice to have: experience with YouTube thumbnails and short-form content
  • Understanding of social media KPIs such as watch time, retention, or CTR
  • Interest in automotive content
