About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage and supervise various construction projects from start to finish.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
  • Proven history of overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices related to remodeling and home building.
  • Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
  • Expertise in project management software and related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills combined with a sharp attention to detail.
  • Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to job sites regularly.
