About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage and supervise various construction projects from start to finish.
Serve as the main point of contact for clients, internal teams, and insurance adjusters.
Keep track of project budgets and timelines while exploring strategies to ensure on-time delivery.
Hold meetings with subcontractors to review schedules, necessary permits, and to set clear expectations.
Perform regular site inspections to assess progress, quality, and adherence to building codes and safety standards.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing construction projects.
Proven history of overseeing residential construction projects from inception to completion.
In-depth knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and best practices related to remodeling and home building.
Outstanding organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once.
Expertise in project management software and related tools.
Strong analytical skills combined with a sharp attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and readiness to travel to job sites regularly.
