About the role

  • Perform financial functions activities such as budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and analysis
  • Provide support in the procurement cycle of the AT accommodations
  • Assist in developing an Acquisitions Deskside Guide as processes evolve
  • Run ad-hoc reports for the client when required
  • Liaise with customers and vendors to mitigate procurement cycle issues
  • Ensure compliance with internal procedures and government regulations
  • Interface with government auditors to support audits
  • Conduct market research, define the procurement approach, identify qualified vendors, assess risks, and solicit proposals from vendors
  • Procure items, manage inventory, and resolve supply chain issues
  • Communicate acquisition status to relevant stakeholders

Requirements

  • 3 years of financial analysis, purchasing, and customer service experience required
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field is required
  • Knowledge of DAR/FAR and other applicable government regulations is required
  • Proficiency in budgeting, auditing, forecasting, and financial analysis is required
  • Experience with the DoD and its stakeholders is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required
  • Highly proficient using MS Office Suite applications is required
  • Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment and changing priorities is required
  • Effective problem-solving skills, especially in addressing customer concerns is required
  • Attention to detail and willingness to learn is required
  • Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively is required
