About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage executive calendars, prioritizing time based on business needs and strategic objectives.
- Coordinate and support leadership and board meetings, including agendas, materials, and follow-ups to ensure alignment and execution.
- Manage executive communications by drafting correspondence, prioritizing requests, and triaging time-sensitive matters.
- Track key initiatives, action items, and deadlines, ensuring accountability and timely completion across stakeholders.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and materials to support executive decision-making and strategic planning.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics, including occasional travel with executives as needed.
- Partner with leadership to support execution of strategic initiatives and cross-functional priorities.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and operational efficiency across teams.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Demonstrated experience managing complex calendars, travel, and executive-level meetings, including board interactions.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelors degree in Business or a related field preferred.
- Experience in the insurance industry preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of professionalism and discretion.
- Proven ability to build relationships, influence outcomes, and maintain confidentiality in a leadership-facing role.
