About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with HNW clients and House Accounts through proactive communication and exceptional service.
  • Support the Vice President and senior Relationship Managers in onboarding new clients by coordinating documentation and workflow with Deposit Operations, Lending, and Credit.
  • Serve as a professional point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, coordinating transactions, collecting documents for loan underwriting, and escalating issues appropriately.
  • Assist with property-related site visits or assessments as needed to support lending and relationship management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Deposit Operations, Lending, Credit, Compliance) to deliver integrated client solutions and ensure a consistent service experience.
  • Participate in initiatives led by the Office of the President to refine HNW service models, operational efficiency, and client engagement strategies.
  • Proactively manage meeting and lounge readiness, coordinating all hospitality details to ensure a discreet, seamless, and elevated experience for executives and founder clients.
  • Some evening and weekend work will be required in the BH office.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Ideally, 2-4 years of experience in banking, wealth management, or client service; exposure to high-net-worth clients or private banking strongly preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; confident engaging with affluent clients, executives, and external advisors (CPAs, attorneys, real estate professionals).
  • Working knowledge of banking and lending fundamentals; ability to learn credit and wealth-management concepts quickly.
  • Exceptional communication (verbal and written), organizational, and follow-through skills.
  • High degree of professionalism, discretion, and judgment when handling sensitive client and institutional information.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with poise and accuracy.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); comfort learning new systems and banking platforms.
