Senior Relationship Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary relationship manager for High Net Worth individuals, families, and their closely held businesses.
- Deliver customized credit solutions such as tailored lending structures, liquidity strategies, and balance-sheet optimization.
- Build long-term, trusted advisory relationships with affluent clients, family offices, and key professional advisors (CPAs, attorneys, wealth advisors).
- Identify cross-sell and deepening opportunities across credit, treasury, and private banking offerings.
- Proactively cultivate new HNW and business relationships through referrals, networking, and strategic outreach.
- Actively manage a portfolio of HNW and commercial credit relationships, ensuring ongoing credit quality.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced credential preferred).
- 8–12+ years of experience in commercial banking, private banking, or credit-focused relationship management.
- Extensive experience underwriting and managing credit for High Net Worth individuals and complex commercial structures.
- Strong understanding of personal and business balance sheets, global cash flow, and sophisticated credit structures.
