About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- responsible for developing and implementing effective strategies to improve our clients' YouTube Channels
- maintaining and building strong relationships with clients
- ensuring client satisfaction with products and services
- providing hands-on support regarding YouTube growth, video marketing, and video production
- preparing and taking part in client workshops
- preparing performance reports for clients
- operating closely with the Sales and Product teams
- managing accounts and guiding clients towards YouTube success
Requirements
What you’ll need- Love for YouTube, and video
- Having your own YouTube channel is a huge plus
- Fluent in English is a must-have (every other language is a plus)
- Confident, customer-focused approach both written and verbal
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Bonus if previous experiences include:
- First experience in SEO, online marketing, video production, or consulting
- YouTube Studio, Google Analytics, Search Console
- Video production
- Working in an agency
- Working in a SaaS start-up
