About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Build and scale processes: Lead and build scalable processes, systems, and tooling across the business, such as go-to-market and customer functions
Own strategic partnerships: Manage and grow key relationships across the autism care ecosystem, from evaluation through execution
Special projects lead: Own and manage cross-functional, high-priority initiatives and business projects end to end
Support strategic finance: Partner with the CEO on board materials, investor reporting, and fundraising strategy and execution

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, business operations, high-growth startups, or similar relevant experience
Ownership mindset: You take initiative in ambiguous settings, work independently to drive progress, and are proactive and resourceful in identifying and solving problems
Excellent communication: Outstanding written and verbal skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and effectively
