About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Strategic overall responsibility for construction projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of experience as a site manager/construction manager in building construction
Solid knowledge of VOB, LBO and HOAI
Assertive, decisive and structured
Strong negotiation and communication skills at all levels
Confident user of MS Office and common tendering/project tools (e.g., AVA, scheduling)
Membership in the Hamburg Chamber of Architects is an advantage
