About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full ownership of the credit funding process, including new investments, delayed draw term loans (DDTL), and revolving credit facility (RCF) draws
Act as the primary point of contact between the investment team, loan administrative agents, and banking counterparties
Proactively monitor DDTL and RCF activity and initiate fundings on behalf of the investment team
Manage internal and external communication before, during, and after funding events
Execute cash movements, including external wires and inter-fund transfers
Prepare and manage liquidity ahead of funding events, including issuing capital calls, entering FX trades, and drawing loans.
Reconcile cash balances and unfunded commitments across accounts
Maintain ongoing communication with banking partners and key stakeholders
Provide backup support to the credit closing team, including learning and following internal closing procedures

Requirements

What you’ll need

1-3 years of experience in finance, treasury, or banking.
Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders
Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment
Solid Excel skills and financial acumen
High attention to detail and accuracy in managing transactions and cash movements
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally
