About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support and educate business travelers in their use of the Partners Group travel & expense platform
- Maintain the global business travel platform under the supervision of the Global Travel Manager
- Provide high-quality service by balancing travelers' convenience and travel costs based on an understanding of business travel needs
- Swiftly and efficiently resolve issues raised by internal customers and propose value-added solutions
- Manage regional corporate payment provider programs, including card issuance and policy compliance
- Act as deputy to the Global Travel Manager, assuming responsibility during periods of absence
- Prepare travel statistics and reports, interpret results, and propose suggestions for service and cost optimization
- Pro-actively support the team in projects and improvement initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Finance or Tourism and Hospitality Management
- Ideally 3 – 5 years work experience
- Self-driven/directed, well organized person, able to manage and complete tasks effectively within demanding timelines
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Strong desire to learn and succeed
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP Concur
