About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support and educate business travelers in their use of the Partners Group travel & expense platform
Maintain the global business travel platform under the supervision of the Global Travel Manager
Provide high-quality service by balancing travelers' convenience and travel costs based on an understanding of business travel needs
Swiftly and efficiently resolve issues raised by internal customers and propose value-added solutions
Manage regional corporate payment provider programs, including card issuance and policy compliance
Act as deputy to the Global Travel Manager, assuming responsibility during periods of absence
Prepare travel statistics and reports, interpret results, and propose suggestions for service and cost optimization
Pro-actively support the team in projects and improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Finance or Tourism and Hospitality Management
Ideally 3 – 5 years work experience
Self-driven/directed, well organized person, able to manage and complete tasks effectively within demanding timelines
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
Strong desire to learn and succeed
Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP Concur
