About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support and educate business travelers in their use of the Partners Group travel & expense platform
  • Maintain the global business travel platform under the supervision of the Global Travel Manager
  • Provide high-quality service by balancing travelers' convenience and travel costs based on an understanding of business travel needs
  • Swiftly and efficiently resolve issues raised by internal customers and propose value-added solutions
  • Manage regional corporate payment provider programs, including card issuance and policy compliance
  • Act as deputy to the Global Travel Manager, assuming responsibility during periods of absence
  • Prepare travel statistics and reports, interpret results, and propose suggestions for service and cost optimization
  • Pro-actively support the team in projects and improvement initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree; preferably in Business, Finance or Tourism and Hospitality Management
  • Ideally 3 – 5 years work experience
  • Self-driven/directed, well organized person, able to manage and complete tasks effectively within demanding timelines
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Strong desire to learn and succeed
  • Proficient in MS Office and familiar with SAP Concur
