About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Define and manage the global procurement program roadmap, including objectives, scope, governance, standards, performance tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Deliver meaningful, recurring EBITDA improvements by defining and activating the program’s key value-creation levers, partnering with third parties to scale impact across the portfolio, and guiding companies in building the governance, capabilities, and maturity required for long-term, high-performing procurement.
Maintain productive, scalable partnerships with procurement consultancies and procurement service providers to ensure the program can grow with PG’s portfolio.
Build and maintain strong relationships with PG’s investment teams and portfolio company senior management to drive program adoption and ensure sustained results.
In partnership with third parties, manage delivery of key strategic initiatives to improve how PG spends in key categories, from sourcing through delivery.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 10 years of procurement and program/project management experience, preferably including exposure to Private Equity or Private Markets.
Proven track record delivering many simultaneous multimillion‑dollar initiatives.
Strong capability in managing scope, budget, timelines, and risk.
Strategic thinker who can mature and scale the global program.
Able to influence stakeholders across all levels—from CEOs and Boards to functional leaders and consultants.
Demonstrated ability to implement change and deliver quantifiable impact.
Charismatic, entrepreneurial leader with strong business acumen, high integrity, low ego, and willingness to “roll up their sleeves” to drive outcomes.
Willingness to adapt to evolving priorities, operate effectively amid ambiguity in a fast-paced private markets environment, and work across regions, time zones, and functions to support shifting portfolio needs.
