💰 $140,000 - $155,000 per year
About the role
- Own and execute critical Private Equity business processes and strategic initiatives
- Work across investment teams, functional partners, and senior leaders
- Create partnerships within the investment team and across other departments
- Identify, develop, and drive strategic projects across Private Equity
- Own Private Equity KPIs, scorecard, and governance reporting requirements
- Develop clear, audience-tailored communications
- Plan and execute regional conference for thought-leaders
- Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and governance of key Private Equity data metrics
Requirements
- bachelor's or master's degree in a related field
- 4-7 years of experience in financial management, business planning, operations management, strategy, project management, human resources, or other business-related roles
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced PowerPoint skills
- Established track record in operations, finance, and/or program management
- Superior understanding of KPI and data analysis techniques
- Expert skills in analyzing and modelling data
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office, databases, and information systems
