About the role

  • Serve as the primary contact for all investment data vendors and expert networks
  • Lead contract negotiations, renewals, and vendor evaluations/performance monitoring, including onboarding of new providers and offboarding where necessary
  • Ensure adherence to the Service Provider Management Framework and Finance guidelines, while maintaining cost discipline
  • Maintain a clear understanding of investment team data needs and collaborate closely with Investments, Technology, Finance, and Legal to ensure those needs are met
  • Support the investment committee process and contribute to continuously improving our CRM system

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in investment operations, vendor management, or a related field, ideally within the financial services sector
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills with a proactive, solution-driven mindset
  • Organized and analytical, comfortable managing multiple priorities in a high-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in investment data and digital tools
  • Fluency in English required, German is a plus
