About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior programmatic leaders at PPG
  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks, including managing calendars and travel arrangements
  • Prepare agendas and briefing materials for meetings
  • Gather, organize, and compile information for reports and presentations
  • Maintain contact lists, CRM records, and support follow-ups on outreach
  • Organize and maintain program files and documents
  • Provide administrative support for special projects and initiatives
  • Provide gap coverage for the CEO and COO when the Executive Assistant is out
  • Coordinate meetings, manage logistics, and support events
  • Maintain inventory and coordinate shipping of company equipment and materials

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional experience will be considered in lieu of formal education
  • At least 2 years of administrative or executive support experience, with nonprofit experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams), Adobe, and Canva
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel 2-4 times per year
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
