About the role

  • Lead strategic crisis communication planning (pre-crisis, crisis and post-crisis)
  • Define strategic guidelines, narratives and institutional positions
  • Act directly in high-complexity crises, including operational and reputational scenarios
  • Support senior leadership of the agency and the client in critical decision-making
  • Validate plans, strategic reports and post-crisis assessments
  • Monitor reputational risk indicators and the effectiveness of communication actions
  • Serve as the technical and strategic reference for the contract team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and PowerPoint
  • Minimum of 7 years proven experience in crisis communication planning
  • Experience managing institutional and/or operational crises
  • Experience with large organizations or the public sector
  • Demonstrated strategic leadership and systemic vision
