About the role
- Manage a major contract with a public agency on a day-to-day basis
- Plan, coordinate and execute crisis communication plans
- Serve as the primary interface with the client's team
- Coordinate the internal team and contract deliverables
- Ensure deadlines, quality and technical compliance are met
- Support the preparation of reports, plans and post-crisis evaluations
- Act as the contract's designated representative when assigned.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Communication, Journalism, Public Relations or related fields
- Advanced MS Office and PowerPoint skills
- Minimum of 5 years proven experience in crisis communications management and execution
- Experience in institutional communication, stakeholder management and reputational crisis management
- Strong organizational, leadership and coordination skills
