About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and analyses
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
Monitor financial performance and analyse variances
Prepare KPI reports, dashboards, and management presentations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial transparency and performance
Support accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger activities
Ensure compliance with Swiss accounting standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

4–7 years of experience in FP&A, Controlling, Accounting, or a similar finance-related role
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and accounting processes
Proficient in financial data handling and Excel
Fluent in English and German
