Requirements

What you’ll need

Around 6-7 years of experience in Software, Data, or ML engineering roles
A background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field — through a degree or equivalent hands-on experience
Natural talent for problem-solving, with working proficiency in Python
Familiarity with LLMs, model architectures, and MCP, and experience building scalable, reliable AI systems
Good working knowledge of container orchestration, scaling strategies, networking, and resource management in Kubernetes clusters
Comfortable with CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions)
Strong aptitude for influencing technical direction and building consensus across teams
Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud solutions, plus Terraform
