• Lead the automation testing efforts for the Match API platform and its constituent domain services
• Champion quality throughout the entire lifecycle and advocate continuous testing
• Advocate for best practices across disciplines, fostering a quality mindset within the whole engineering area
• Lead refinement sessions, covering acceptance tests, risks, and monitoring
• Review requirements to identify gaps, risks, and dependencies
• Ensure automation test frameworks are relevant, efficient, and resilient
• Collaborate with the team to find the root cause of issues and pair with engineers across teams to ensure adequate test coverage during development
• Help the team estimate test efforts and dependencies during planning and create a collaborative environment where quality is a team effort
