About the role

  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for components.
  • Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data integrity and security.
  • Implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces using modern web technologies.
  • Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues across the entire stack.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our applications remain cutting-edge.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Requirements

  • +7 years of experience as a Software Developer with Python (FastAPI, Django o Flask).
  • Experience with database NoSQL/SQL.
  • Proficiency with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes is a plus).
  • Experience with microservices-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
  • Analytical mindset, quality-driven, and strong communication skills.
  • Experience in banking, capital markets, Risk or Finance.
  • English advanced (Required).
