About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Development and maintenance of modern web applications based on PHP and the Laravel framework
- Design and implementation of scalable backend architectures
- Integration and development of interfaces (APIs), including REST and SOAP
- Working with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MariaDB
- Implementation of deployments and Continuous Integration / Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)
- Containerization and operation of applications in Docker environments
- Version control and collaborative development with Git
- Optional: Integration and processing of messages via MQTT
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid knowledge of PHP
- Confident use of version control systems (especially Git)
- Experience with deployment processes and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience working with Docker and containerized applications
- Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MariaDB)
- Understanding of clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Desirable: Experience with MQTT (e.g., IoT applications)
- Practical experience with Laravel
- Experience with SOAP interfaces
- Basic knowledge of cloud environments (e.g., AWS, Azure, or similar)
