About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide access control at a large construction site and interact with visitors, delivery drivers, and onsite personnel
  • Scan badged personnel in and out throughout the day while maintaining a professional demeanor
  • Maintain accurate daily delivery and visitor logs according to Parkhill’s QA/QC standards
  • Communicate progress, field conditions, and issues accurately to supervisors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Valid state-issued driver’s license with a clean driving record meeting company insurance requirements
  • Proficiency in reading construction drawings and schedules
  • Working knowledge of construction methods, materials, codes, and regulations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
