About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Actively participates in project development from programming/conceptual design through construction administration.
- Prepares project construction documents.
- Communicates and coordinates with consultants, contractors, owners, and team members.
- Conducts site visits and assessments.
- Participates in meetings with clients to understand their project needs and preferences.
- Develops design concepts and proposals, creating detailed drawings and specifications.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Registered Architect in state of Texas or able to get through reciprocity.
- 5-10 years of experience of community-based design.
- Proficient in Revit Architecture, Microsoft Word & Excel, Bluebeam, and Sketchup.
