Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain strong relationships with school district administrators and stakeholders
- Identify and pursue new K-12 project opportunities
- Provide design and technical support for educational facility projects
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality, timely project outcomes
- Represent the firm in client meetings and at industry events
Requirements
What you’ll need- Demonstrated experience in K-12 facility design
- Minimum 3 years of architectural experience
- Strong client-facing and communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading proposals or client presentations is a plus
- Existing relationships with school districts are preferred
