About the role
- Assist with client consultations to determine functional and spatial requirements
- Support preparation of drawings, renderings, specifications, and contract documents
- Assist with space planning and interior layout development
- Perform code research and document compliance
- Coordinate with architectural and engineering team members
- Review shop drawings and submittals under supervision
- Participate in site visits and assist with construction phase services
- Prepare presentation materials including mood boards and finish selections
- Maintain organized project documentation and materials libraries
- Collaborate with consultants, contractors, owners, and internal teams
- Support quality control processes
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design from accredited university
- Proficient in the use of computers, computer aided design and other relevant software and hardware tools
- Proficiency in Revit & Bluebeam
- Ability to collaborate with team members inside and outside the office; virtually/in-person
