About the role
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job descriptions and technical requirements
- Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed), networking, referrals, and campus drives
- Screen candidates for technical fitness, experience, and cultural alignment
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders
- Negotiate salary packages and facilitate offer rollouts
- Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with candidate details and recruitment stages
- Track and report recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, offer acceptance rate, source effectiveness)
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and SLAs and ensure smooth recruitment experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in IT recruitment
- Strong understanding of IT skills & technologies (Java, .NET, Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, ERP, etc.)
- Proficiency in using ATS tools and MS Office
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple requirements and work in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with job portals: Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with ATS tools: Keka, Zoho Recruit, or similar
