About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Deliver Park University presentations and Gilbert Campus tours
  • Generate inquiries through outreach efforts and enter inquiry data daily
  • Set and pursue goals for appointments, inquiries, admits, and student starts
  • Support prospective students throughout the enrollment process through day ten of their start term
  • Coordinate with multiple offices to support students’ progress, questions, and paperwork
  • Build and implement strategies and schedules to grow brand awareness and generate student interest
  • Communicate with prospective students through phone calls, school visits, appointments, emails, text messages, and other methods
  • Promote and represent the university at fairs and recruiting events
  • Attend, host, and execute open house and orientation events
  • Enter data in the University CRM to ensure students are admitted and attend Park
  • Collaborate with athletic coaches to support student-athlete attendance and preparation for the first semester

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Self-motivated and able to perform multiple tasks
  • Ability to conduct research and detailed work
  • Preference given to candidates with advising, marketing, or sales experience
  • Highly flexible, creative, and adaptable to new project demands
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Preference given to candidates with knowledge of Microsoft Office, databases, telephony, and CRM systems
  • Ability to use specialized software such as Salesforce
  • Strong presentation and public speaking skills
  • Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to meet requirements to be an approved Park University vehicle operator
  • Reside in the assigned territory
