General Counsel

• Ensure optimal corporate organisation, company secretarial and governance support to key legal entities and compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
• Oversee corporate administration including preparation of board resolutions, meeting minutes, and regulatory filings
• Monitor critical deadlines, coordinate legal workflows, and ensure timely delivery of tasks
• Advise on shareholder matters, delegation frameworks and internal governance requirements
• Review, draft and negotiate commercial contracts and legal agreements as needed
• Provide accurate and timely advice to internal stakeholders, including senior management
• Apply risk management techniques and proactively address potential legal issues
• Communicate, negotiate and manage relationships with external parties (service providers, partners, external counsel, public authorities)
• Manage complex matters with multiple stakeholders and keep up-to-date with industry legal developments
