About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support project setup, planning, scheduling, and resource management activities
- Maintain project plans, schedules, trackers, and project documentation
- Prepare project reports, dashboards, and meeting materials
- Coordinate project meetings, distribute agendas, capture minutes, and track action items
- Monitor project progress and highlight risks or issues to stakeholders
- Assist with project financial tracking, timesheet reviews, and invoice processing
- Ensure proper document management, project closeout, and archival activities
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in a Science-related field
- 2-4 years of project coordination/project support experience preferred
- PMP or equivalent certification is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic understanding of project management principles and financial tracking
