About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design and implement API-led connectivity solutions using MuleSoft Anypoint Platform to integrate internal and external clinical systems
Develop and maintain scalable, reusable APIs and integration flows supporting clinical trial data exchange (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT, and sponsor-facing platforms)
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MuleSoft integration performance and reliability
Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and translate them into technical workflows
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality deliverables

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
3+ years of experience in integration engineering, with at least 2 years of hands-on MuleSoft development
Experience with Power Automate, Azure Logic Apps, and UiPath for workflow automation
Strong understanding of API design principles (REST, SOAP), data formats (JSON, XML), and integration patterns
Familiarity with clinical systems (EDC, CTMS, eTMF, IRT) and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, 21 CFR Part 11)
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
