Oversee both client management and deliverables of clinical trials
Provide line management and individual team member development
Responsible for the success of clinical trials and programs across several accounts
Maintain and develop relationships with assigned customers
Provide leadership as the 'go to person' for issue resolution
Help obtain new business and deliverables on time and on budget

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 10-15 years clinical research experience preferred
At least 10 years Project Management experience focusing on leading domestic and international oncology studies across phases
Proven record of team building and leadership skills
Strong client interaction, conflict resolution, and risk management skills
Strong financial knowledge
Minimum of an undergraduate degree in a science or health related field (advanced degree preferred)
