About the role

  • Proactively cooperate with FSP Operations Leads and General Managers on program tasks
  • Manage financial set-up for new accounts or contracts
  • Analyze program reporting to identify issues and risks; present findings to program team
  • Create and generate reports providing analytics for Line Managers to Senior Leadership
  • Present key findings and actionable recommendations to internal stakeholders
  • Maintain Program Organizational Charts

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience working with data & analytics
  • Relevant experience in a program specialist or analyst type role
  • Advanced English level for non-native English speakers
  • Good understanding of how own role integrates with others in accomplishing program deliverables
  • Proven track record of developing creative solutions to complex problems
  • Knowledge of Microsoft applications and web-based system use
  • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Tableau, Power BI)
