About the role
- Oversee the planning, execution, and support of clinical site management contracting activities performed by SCBAs
- Recruit, manage and lead SCAs across their respective region
- Ensure SCAs are adequately trained and support training needs
- Ensure SCAs achieve expected quality compliance standards
- Allocate study assignments and coordinate the activities of SCBAs
- Ensure SCBAs meet expected study timelines and study objectives
- Support SCBAs with resolution of significant legal, budget, or payment related issues
- Perform periodic review of SCBA processes to ensure maximum efficiency without adversely affecting customer service
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, efficiency, and team effectiveness
- Encourage innovation and continuous learning within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Minimum 2 years prior experience managing direct reports
- Prior experience in Clinical Contracting and budgets
- English proficiency and local language
- 4+ years prior experience managing direct reports (preferred)
