About the role
- Lead the development of the real-world data (RWD) strategy for client opportunities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for RWD applications
- Serve as relationship manager for data providers
- Ensure compliance with operating standards and policies
- Support enterprise RWD strategies and mentoring junior team members
Requirements
- 8+ years of industry experience (CRO/Pharma/Data Vendor)
- Strong data science/data analytics experience
- Fluent English; fluency in Chinese an advantage
- Advanced degree in biomedical informatics, public health, data science, life sciences, or related field required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong customer focus
- Ability to manage multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
